- FoxPixel’s Moneyback Guarantee is a policy that entitles customers to a full refund should the website design provided by FoxPixel fail to meet the agreed-upon expectations of the client, as per the terms of our agreement.
- Upon reaching Step 4 in our process flow, namely ‘Design & Approval’, client approval of the design will be deemed as satisfactory, and hence, the client shall forfeit any rights to refunds, compensations, or credits thereafter.
- In the event of termination after approval, the client shall be entitled to receive the website in its current state. Alternatively, the client may opt to continue collaborating with FoxPixel for the completion of the project.
- In the event of termination after completion, clients retain the option to discontinue their domain and web hosting services. In such cases, the website will be decommissioned on the renewal date of the following year.
- Clients may request FoxPixel to permanently delete the website and all associated project information with immediate effect. Such requests will result in the removal of all specified data by FoxPixel.
